    Company Founding

    The company's journey begins in 1974 with its founder, Maurice Danon, who lays the foundations for representatives agencies and imports.

  • 1994

    Partnership with Athanasios N. Stathoulopoulos

    In 1994, the company forms a significant partnership with Athanasios N. Stathoulopoulos (Soulis), who had extensive experience and deep knowledge in meat. Having a wealth of experience in trade, as he had already founded the first meat supermarket in Greece, he brings new ideas and collaborations to our company, enhancing its growth.

  • 1999

    Conversion to a Corporation

    In 1999, the company was renamed DANCO GROUP and acquired its current form, further establishing its position in the Greek market and expanding its representations into the field of frozen seafood.

Continuous Growth and International Collaborations

From 1999 to the present, leveraging the rich knowledge and experience bequeathed to us by the founders, DANCO GROUP continues to progress with the support of our partners (suppliers and customers). The company listens to the needs of the market, constantly renewing its product range and investing in collaborations with export houses. Its goal is to strengthen both imports and exports of food products in Europe, promoting innovation and quality.
